The Roadhouse Workflow solution has been developed to enhance paper based processes within an organisation. Anything from leave forms requiring a short workflow route to extremely long and complex routes are supported.
The system enables users to create documents containing information to be routed as well as to attach any supporting documents required.
The document can then follow a predefined or user defined route.
The system routes messages via an email system. The received email contains a link to the system to allow the user to approve or disapprove the process and to add a comment.
This solution is currently used by Fosters Brewing Group.
