The Department of Human Services Victoria – Capital Management Branch developed several guidance materials and tools to assist in the capital process. The challenge was how to effectively communicate these to potential users of the guidelines.
For this they turned to Roadhouse. Using our CMS we developed a website that not only displayed the information for Capital Management Branch users but it made it easy for them to access. Right down to enabling policies and procedures to be downloaded by a PDF generator.

Australia's leading charity organisation, World Vision Australia, has made a significant achievement in bridging the separation between their website and their core CRM system.

The centralisation of collected data has meant far greater transparency and reporting capabilities and the integration with the CRM system has eliminated an enourmous amount of double-handling of data.
