Form Builder

The Roadhouse Technologies Form Builder enables site administrators to create online forms and capture submitted data without needing any programming knowledge. 

Forms can include

• Any number and combination of fields
• Radio buttons
• Check boxes
• Text input fields
• Mandatory fields.

This product is ideal for organisations wishing to capture survey data from users online.  When a form is completed and submitted the form content is captured to a database for later retrieval and, if needed, an email notification is sent to a specified recipient.

The Form Builder can operate as a stand-alone system or can be added to the Roadhouse Technologies CMS enabling forms to be embedded within website content.  Forms can be customised using style sheets to match the look and feel of an existing site.

Key functionality includes

• All form element properties are exposed: maxlength, size, rows, columns
• Validation can be applied to any field
• Ability to create standard form templates as a basis for new forms
• Formatting is controlled by standard style sheets
• All results can be exported in CSV or XML format enabling integration into any application accepting these formats
• Management of recipients of a form submission
• Management of the response form presented to users upon form completion.
