The Roadhouse Document Manager is a plugin component to the Roadhouse Portal.
This system allows the administrator to create a hierarchy structure that the documents can be loaded against for categorization and easy management.
The system supports audit trails to track when and what information has been updated, tracking of downloads, and historical rollbacks to previous versions.
The appropriate organisational information can be created within the system such as company and department names to allow information to be made available to particular departments or organisations using the system.
The user model and user roles can apply in this system for maintaining access to documents.
This solution is currently in use in Fosters Brewing Group.
